Unused line for washing and sterilizing glass containers by IMA. Consists of linear washer type Hydra 1000 4I with sterillizing tunnel type Blue Galaxy 870FL. Machines new 2015, designed and manufactured according to cGMP standards. WASHER DETAILS - Washer ensures removal of at least 3 types of contamination - particles such as glass, fibres, oxides. - Working speed up to 3600 containers/hour. - Size range of containers: diameter from 50 up to 80 mm. Max height 180 mm, min diameter of neck 10 mm. - Water for injection supply pressure in range 2.5-4 bar (1.5" Tri-clover clamp). - Demineralized water supply pressure 2.5-4 bar (1.5" Tri-clover clamp). - Compressed air supply pressure 6-10 bar (1.5" Tri-clover clamp). - Power supply voltage: 400V, 50 Hz, 3 PH +N +G. Resveratrol and grape seed oil extraction plant, from grape pomace. The process consists of separation of skins and seeds of the grape, mechanical extraction of oil from seeds and aqueous ethanol extraction of resveratrol from grape skins. The plant consists of the following sections / equipment. 1. Pomace processing plant. Rotary drum separator, grape skin from grape seeds, cleaning equipment for grape seed, washing equipment for grape seeds, dryer for grape seeds, silo for stockage of grape seeds, mechanical press for grape seed oil, grape oil storage tank. 2. Extraction. 2 vertical reactors, 12 cubic meters, SS316, with agitators and pumps. 2 vertical reactors, 8 cubic meters, SS316, with agitators and pumps, 2 storage tanks, 12 cubic meters, SS316. 5 storage tanks, 8 cubic meters, SS316. Polyethylene storage tanks – 1 of 8 cubic meter, 4 of 6.5 cubic meters, 8 of 3 cubic meters. 3. Liquid and solid separation. 2 Nutsche filter, SS 316. 4. Ethanol recovery and distillation. Distillation kettle, 5 cubic meter, Vacuum pump with water ring, flow 90-110 cubic meters per h, remaining pressure 200-350mbar, maximum power 7.5kw. Condensers / heat-exchangers, 3.5 square meters, 6 pieces. 5. Advanced purification and drying. Chromatographic columns, volume of 2 cubic meters, 2 pieces. Line includes the following main equipment: - Automatic washing machine made in 1997 for cleaning of new cylindrical containers including bottles, vials, ampoules, etc. Max output 9000 vials/hour. - Sterilisation tunnel made in 1997. - Vial filling and capping machine for powder, made in 1997 with capacity 10,000 vials/hour. PLC was upgraded in 2017 from Hitachi to Siemens/Simatic S7-300. More information available on request. Note: current use is for Cephalosporins (antibiotics). Owner will decontaminate equipment during dismantling process.
